Denarie Taylor professionally known as Bella Poarch is a Filipino-American social media personality and singer. In the first week of January 2021 the video she created lip syncing the British singer Millie B's Soph Aspin Send was the most popular on TikTok. She released her first hit track Build a Bitch in May 2021 under Warner Records. In May 2021, her TikTok followers had risen to 6 million. This placed her as the third most popular person on the platform. Charli D'Amelio was second and Addison Rae was third. Poarch was born in the Philippines. In an interview with the H3 Podcast Poarch explained to the interviewers that her grandmother took care of her in the slums up until the age of three. Kenneth Taylor and Eden, an American ex-pat, adopted her. The couple shared with her that for the next ten years, she spent the majority of her time working at home as well as on the family farm. Bryner, her brother Bryner along with two other siblings are also adopted. Her family moved to the United States in Texas when she was 13 witht the exception of two older sisters who were in the Phillipines. Poarch served for a short time as an officer with the United States Navy, and later in Japan. Bella stated her father was abusive toward her and her brother and even herself. Poarch was also known for the alpaca toys doll Paca. She released a special clothing collection called RIPNDIP x Paca partnership in 2020.
